The merchandising shelving works through a rotating movement. The entire section is rotated so the back of all shelves are available at the same time for stocking products. EasyFill TurnLoader™ MultiDeck
TurnLoader for Multidecks is the evolution of the RotoShelf, but still facilitates the same and some additional benefits from the earlier system.
With TurnLoader you get a straight front that makes the system more suitable for a bigger variety of products while at the same time maintain a high level of flexibility and adjustability to suit different products sizes and needs.
TurnLoader can be retrofitted in cabinets already in market or provided as "first-fit" in new cabinets or even as an OEM integrated solution directly from the cabinet producer.
The system fit i cabinets with our without doors and is currently available for European standard cabinet section widths, and is combined for longer sections;

EasyFill TurnLoader™ Ambient
Using rotation the back of the shelves is accessed for stocking of products. This reduce food waste and is a massive time saver when filling.
Save around 40% of food waste and >50% of the time spent re-stocking products.
Like on all TurnLoader products the shelves can be adjusted in 0, 4, 8, 12 degrees so that various products can slide forward to keep a full product front att all times.
TurnLoader Ambient is highly suitable for all products in a store with a "best-before"-date.
Different heights can be made for specific projects.

EasyFill TurnLoader™ ColdFront
The TurnLoader CF 1250/550 is the FIFO merchandising system that is the base for the ColdFront multideck alternative concept.
It is built in 1250mm section width and can be combined to form longer units; 1250, 2500, 3750, 5000mm etc
The shelving unit come as standard with six shelves but depending on products more shelves can be
added.
Popular use is convenience stores and fuel stations.

EasyFill RotoShelf® Beverage
Simply rotate the section 180 degrees to access the back of the shelves for restocking products and turn the shelves back to sales position when done.
