TurnLoader for Multidecks is the evolution of the RotoShelf, but still facilitates the same and some additional benefits from the earlier system.
With TurnLoader you get a straight front that makes the system more suitable for a bigger variety of products while at the same time maintain a high level of flexibility and adjustability to suit different products sizes and needs.
TurnLoader can be retrofitted in cabinets already in market or provided as "first-fit" in new cabinets or even as an OEM integrated solution directly from the cabinet producer.
The system fit i cabinets with our without doors and is currently available for European standard cabinet section widths, and is combined for longer sections;

Free adjustable shelf height
The TurnLoader uses our free adjustable shelf setting system that allows for step free hight adjustment of the shelves.
This gives the possibility to place the shelves very tight together and optimise the space usage in the cabinet as it it not necceary to be able to reach in to place products thanks to the shelf rotation.
An additional advantage is to possibility to set the shelf inclanation in four steps; 0 - 4 - 8 - 12°
The benefit of this is that various products can be fronted automatically despite variations in friction

We use our injection moulded plastic shelves with built in gliding characteristics as a base for the TurnLoader shelving. We use adjustable product dividers, transparent frontstopper and the possibility to use our own roller tracks and product pushers. We have the posibility to put ESL data strips to our shelves.
